Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel has a water vending machine on the 4th and 7th floors. There is a self-laundry room on the 5th floor. There is a free coffee maker in the cafeteria, from 3 pm to 0 am also serving tea.

Complimentary breakfast was very good Staff ( names - Kano, ohashi, nakayama, tsuge, Carla aya, housekeepers, kitchen staff) display the Japanese hospitality and politeness to us We highly recommend promotion and incentives to these people

Conveniently located, short walk to Kariya Station. Nearby to convenient store and restaurants. Breakfast was good.

Had used this chain of hotels during our trip as quick overnight stays as they were inexpensive. This one was slightly better than the others we stayed in. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking was available. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful and patient considering the language barrier.

Good hotel for business trip, near the train station. Rooms are inside the japanese standards. Staff very friendly; they replyed to all my request.

The buffet was great, the bed comfortable... Honestly everything was great and exactly what I expect from a hotel.

The staff was very polite and helpful. They always greeted us with a smile and helped us in everything we needed. Overall, amazing experience!

Great location next to the station with a gracious welcome and attentive staff. Car park across the road with a 50% discount.

Really friendly staff and perfect English speaking. Breakfast was good and varied. Parking just across the road.
